Donald Ryan and Don Bronco’s (Working Title) Shell

Don Bronco’s (Working Title) Shell paired with a black coffee (the cheaper the better)

About the Book: Zeek found the first piece of eggshell in his High Country omelette. Don Bronco's more concerned about this than he is.

Don Bronco's (Working Title) Shell explores the roots of creativity and inspiration. A triptych of sorts. As if Italo Calvino had written Stranger Than Fiction. Familiar and unique, funny and maddening. You'll come away questioning your day to day, seeing your own story in a whole new light.

About the Beverage: Donald recommends pairing his book with a black coffee because “coffee appears so often throughout the book it might as well be a supporting character. But, then again, I think there's some sort of rule stating if there's a writer in the story then there must be coffee in the story.”

About the Author: Donald Ryan's shorter works have appeared in Cleaver, Fiction Southeast, Reckon Review, The Daily Drunk, The Lumiere Review, and elsewhere. Don Bronco's (Working Title) Shell is his first novel.

DON BRONCO’S (WORKING TITLE) SHELL is available from bookshop.org, Amazon, and Malarky Books.
